Refract Ventures To Raises First Fund

Refract Ventures, a NYC-based venture capital firm, is raising its first fund.

According to regulatory form filed with the S.E.C., Refract Ventures Fund I, L.P., has already raised $10.3m. The final target indicated in the document is $30m. The form lists Kerry Kellogg, Ayo Omojola, and Caesar Djavaherian as people related to the raise.
